Construction Waste and Materials, Los Angeles
Event Description

This is the first event in a new quarterly thought leadership series from USGBC-LA where we will highlight a local sustainability issue, have an informed discussion amongst industry leaders on action oriented solutions, and make collective commitments towards progress.

When it comes to Construction & Demolition Waste there is a lack of accurate data, little ownership of the issue, and even less public awareness of the environmental impacts.

The goal of the discussion for this event is to highlight what are the issues and roadblocks are today to moving forward on reducing construction waste, with a focus on what we can do locally as a leadership group in terms of action and commitments to make a difference.
