Mold & Moisture in Buildings Conference, November 4-5, Augusta, Maine
Event Description

The science of mold and moisture, and how to deal with them in buildings, is constantly changing: new scientific studies, new tools and strategies, a changing climate, and ever-evolving construction practices for both health and energy-efficiency. Whether you're looking for an introduction to mold in buildings, or a deep dive into a specific issue, this conference is for you.

Free Public Forum!

Join them on Thursday, November 4th between 4:00-7:00 p.m. for a free public forum on mold in buildings.

What: If you have questions about mold and moisture in your home, school, or workplace, come to the public forum to learn more about mold: what it is, why it grows indoors, how it may be impacting your health, and practical strategies to address it. Then, take some time to stop in at learning stations, and visit with area service providers who can help you resolve your mold and moisture problems.

Where: The public forum on mold will be held in the Fort Western/Arnold/Howard Rooms, located in the downstairs of the North Wing of the Augusta Civic Center in Augusta, Maine.
