Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.

Thermal Comfort: Innovations for Sustainability, Occupant Satisfaction, and Standard 55 Compliance, Online, November 5, 12 - 3 pm ET
Event Description
Based on ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 55, Thermal Environmental Conditions for Human Occupancy, this course covers the theory and principles of the standard. It is intended to bridge the gap between the design practitioner’s knowledge of the built environment and its thermal relationship to the occupant’s physiology and psychology. Using examples, the course illustrates how to achieve compliance with the standard for the purposes of satisfying the requirements of various building performance programs such as LEED®.
This ALI course/seminar may be a suitable resource to help prepare for a Certification exam or earn PDHs for recertification.
