Event Description

Jamie Biel, Director of Science and Sustainability for Treaty Oak Distilling, will lead a group discussion on Monday, August 13 beginning at 6pm about sustainability ideas/techniques in food and beverage, especially among small-to-mid size companies. The event will take place at Homestead on the Roof, 1924 W. Chicago Avenue. The discussion will focus on what industry professionals are doing to make a positive impact on their community. Treaty Oak will serve three cocktails made with fresh juices and herbs from the Homestead garden, and accompanied by thoughtfully paired passed bites from Executive Chef Jesse Badger. 10% of ticket sales will go to Charlie Trotter Days.
