Nick Falkoff, Principal of Auburndale Builders Inc

This presentation will look at requirements and thresholds for energy performance: Where is there flexibility in each standard? What are the hard lines in the sand? We will examine common misunderstandings of each standard and discuss ways to bridge the Passive House and LEED communities by focusing on synergies.

Nick Falkoff, Principal of Auburndale Builders Inc., has worked in residential and commercial construction for 17 years. Projects range from custom built Passive and Net-Zero homes to historic restorations. Nick is a 3 year Board Member at Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, current VP of Passive House of Massachusetts and active NESEA Member.
