Paul A. Castrucci, Architect presents Passive House retro-fit of 6 story tenement in East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. Lead agency on the project, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, is helping convert the building into affordable housing with The Urban Homesteading Assistance Board. BFC Development contractors and Enterprise Green Communities construct to meet Passive House EnerPHit Standards.
