Please join Mass Climate Action Network (MCAN) on September 25 from 7-9pm at Maynard High School for a Net-Zero Roundtable. MCAN will be co-sponsoring this event with Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP), Metropolitan Area Planning Council, Mothers Out Front, Sierra Club, 350Mass, and Environment Massachusetts. This event will allow people to learn about net-zero building and ask questions about why net-zero building is important and how to implement net-zero policy in their town or municipality. There will be various speakers presenting about tools and strategies for advocating and implementing Net-Zero plans on the grassroots, town, and municipal levels. Following the presentations, attendees will breakout into smaller groups in order to discuss how to achieve specific Net-Zero goals for their town or community. The location of the event is 1 Tiger Dr, Maynard, MA 01754. Please RSVP through the link provided as there is a capacity limit for the space (and as dessert and light refreshments are being served.
