LEAD on a Clean Economy 2026, March 17-19, Washington, D.C.
Event Description

Launched in 2019, Lawmakers Education and Advocacy Days (LEAD) brings together leading U.S. companies and investors to call on congressional lawmakers on both sides of the aisle, as well as White House and federal agency officials, to advance smart policy solutions that strengthen U.S. leadership in building an affordable, clean economy.

This year, Ceres are taking an approach that we believe will make our advocacy even more powerful. Ceres is encouraging companies to bring the people whose livelihoods depend on these policies—factory workers, plant managers, farmers, and others from your operations and supply chains. Firsthand accounts from the people doing this work back home cut through Washington's noise and give policymakers what they need most: a direct connection to the impact of their decisions.

Who participates in LEAD?

Companies and investors from all sectors of the economy join LEAD. This includes both Ceres network members and non-members. Ceres encourages companies and investors to bring C-suite executives as well as staff at all levels from sustainability, public affairs, and government relations.
