Event Description

For New York City buildings to be powered by clean, renewable energy, many will eventually need to upgrade to electrified heating systems. Meeting the demand for a wide variety of products for new projects and retrofits has become a pressing issue.

This event will ask heat pump manufacturers to weigh on how:

The industry (architects, MEP engineers, consultants) can create demand and drive product development for the equipment needed to achieve widespread electrification.
Manufacturers are addressing issues that will facilitate heat pump retrofits.

Join USBGC for a lively discussion with some of the most influential manufacturers in the heat pump industry as we discuss the barriers and pathways to achieving an HVAC marketplace that works for New York City’s future.
