Brrrr...
Baby it's cold outside and that means your chances of enjoying fresh and local food are practically impossible. Not on February 23rd when the NYC Agriculture Collective unveils its first Fresh in February local food experience.

The diverse Collective of urban farms, local agriculture service companies, and NYC-based agtech businesses invite you to taste fresh local food in February at an exclusive food experience in Bushwick.

Hyper-Local Snacks:
Farm to table shouldn't end in the dead of winter when new year-round farms are developing across the big apple to supply your refined palate. Enjoy yourself at this tasting experience where you can sample raw local foods directly from the farmers themselves.

Specialty Cocktails:
Enjoy a one-of-a-kind local cocktail developed in partnership with our host Honey's. This is your chance to get buzzed off the future of mixology: the pursuit of a 100% local cocktail for the refined urban consumer.

Urban Farmer Panel:
Not interested in panels? Us neither, which is why we are shaking up the concept and presenting a new audiovisual experience where local urban farmers and technologist working here to feed the city will pitch their ideas back to back. Have questions? You can ask them afterwards in a panel moderated by agritecture.com.

Winter Farmers Market:
All ticket holders get access to an exclusive winter farmers market where local year-round farmers will display how they are making agriculture possible in the wintertime in NYC. See the technology in action, meet the farmer, and buy local produce to share with your loved ones (or keep for yourself). Farmers will be testing new ways of packaging and selling their produce for feedback from your discerning eye.

Not to be missed. Fresh in February pushes the boundaries of food in the winter and sets a new standard for pop up markets and food events.
