Event Description

join the Eastern RI Conservation District for a walking tour of a community garden hosted by Aquidneck Community Table 9.1.16 at 5pm off Elizabeth Lane, Middletown, RI 20842. The tour will be led by Jason Spitalnik. With the help of the Aquidneck Land Trust leasing the land to A.C.T., this garden offers local gardeners and growers access to land otherwise too costly as well as providing the support and infrastructure required to restore soil to productivity without damaging the island's watershed.
