Learn how an 1899 Brooklyn row house became NYC's first Passive House-certified home through renovations that relied on energy modeling, integrative design, air tightness, and performance metrics. The architect, builder, and passive house consultant will speak in detail about how the work was accomplished and how this case study has informed subsequent projects.
