Event Description

Join other carpenters, builders, and construction professionals for an evening of networking, presentations, and discussion on building science and construction techniques for high-performance building. Each month, we will have short presentations from guest speakers around a chosen topic and then open discussion among the group. Drinks and snacks are provided and attendance is open to all.

This month’s meeting will feature Jason Taylor, air-sealing expert and instructor at the Green Jobs Academy, and Cador Pricejones, estimator and specifier at Byggmeister, leading a discussion about selecting the right insulation for the job — and then getting it installed properly.

This event is held at the Studio for High-Performance Design & Construction in Newton, MA, and co-sponsored by Passive House Massachusetts and the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB). For directions and parking information, please go here.
