Join NESEA online for this upcoming Pro Tour, featuring a mid-rise project built to Passive House standards that includes 30 units of affordable housing and an early education center. Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, the hosting firm, will be joined by additional members of the team to share design strategies, mechanical systems and energy use, sustainability issues, and the developer perspective behind this award-winning project. This event will also include a short presentation about urban density and carbon footprint, setting the stage for our spring Pro Tour series, which will include several affordable urban multi-family projects. 

The hosting firm will be joined by additional members of the project team to share the key strategies used in pursuit of the certification, including materials selection, mechanical systems, and the design and construction approach.
