Event Description

At this free seminar hosted by Eco-$mart, attendees will learn about several different flooring options that are good for indoor air quality, are low maintenance, and are environmentally low impact / renewably sourced. Installed examples of several types can be viewed on the floor of the Florida House, and additional hand samples will be shown. Costs and installation methods will be shared with those attending the seminar, as well.

Eco-$mart was founded in 1993 as a wholesale distributor of healthy, efficient, disaster-resistant, eco-friendly construction materials for commercial and residential construction and remodeling. Eco-$mart has established itself as a leader in the evaluation, specification, distribution and application of green construction materials, catering to the needs of contractors, designers, facilities and government entities throughout the United States and abroad. There is no cost for the seminar, and beverages and light snacks will be served. Southface Sarasota at the Florida House is located at 4454 Beneva Rd. South, between Proctor and Wilkinson roads, on the west side of Beneva Rd.
