Event Description

CTGBC is teaming up with CT Passive House and Conscious Capitalism CT to host a building tour and networking event at Hotel Marcel on September 29th from 5-7PM. This event will feature remarks from Bruce Becker, the developer, planner, and architect, whose bold vision led to the historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of New Haven’s iconic Breuer landmark into a model of sustainable hospitality. Targeting LEED Platinum certification, Hotel Marcel is also slated to be the first Passive House Hotel in the United States. Project team members from Steven Winter Associates will also be there to talk about this project and lead small group tours. This "Don't Miss" tour/networking event will include food and a cash bar.
