Event Description

Hord Coplan Macht’s new Baltimore office is the first WELL Gold Certified, New and Existing Interiors, project in the state of Maryland. The project also achieved Gold Certification under the LEED v4 CI, Commercial Interiors, Rating System. The office promotes health and well-being - in a design that is sustainable, innovative and beautiful. The 33,769 SF interior build out brought together HCM’s Baltimore employees from two locations in downtown Baltimore into one office and one floor – achieving the goals of enhanced communication and collaboration and allowing the team to continue to grow and broaden its practice.

Join for an online presentation and virtual tour of the space with members of the design team: Lisa Ferretto, Sustainability Director, Principal, and Architect at Hord Coplan Macht representing the owner and overall sustainability administration perspective; Ben Roush, Principal at FSi Engineering representing MEP and Commissioning; and Krystal O'Hara, Managing Director at Lorax Partnerships, representing Sustainability Administration for the Contractor.
