This highly popular series returns with in-depth perspectives from the CPHC, Developer, Architect, Builder and Project Director of the Village Centre in Brewer, Maine, the Winner in both the Multifamily and the Affordable categories of the 2016 PHIUS Passive Projects Competition. The project team will discuss the collaborative design and construction process, including accounting for climate and cost, that culminated in PHIUS+ certification. As part of this session, the speakers will host live Q+A following their presentation. Take advantage of this opportunity to have your questions answered firsthand!
