Event Description

Join HEZ/Millrace Community Table for an informative discussion with the Center for EcoTechnology on Wednesday, July 25th at 1pm. As part of our roundtable discussions, they are inviting emergency food systems, restaurant owners, and organizations that are interested in saving energy and reducing waste to join us in this conversation.
They will talk specifically about the free resources that the CET has to offer organizations and businesses in Woonsocket, as well as ways to divert food waste, such as composting. We will also discuss liability protections for donationa, date label laws, and food rescue partnerships.
Coffee and snacks will be provided.
