Free Webinar: 5 International Steps to Going Green, November 21
Event Description

In the run-up to COP 28, why not join Cabinet Office People & Places as they host the Icelandic Environment Agency talking about their Sustainability Employee Engagement programme, the Green Steps Programme.

The programme helps public servants implement environmental goals across sectors. Participating agencies are supported throughout the process and receive a certificate of completion after each Step. The programme has five steps each containing seven categories: electricity and heating; procurement; transportation; meetings and events; communication and management; waste sorting and reduction; and kitchen and cafeteria.

Birgitta Steingrímsdóttir, is an Advisor for the Team of Circular Economy in the Environment Agency of Iceland. If you want to know more about carbon engagement and what you can do in your department why not become a Green Champion and join the CO Green Network.
