Energy Efficiency Forum: Dialing it in-building tuning strategies, April 22, New Richmond, WI Xcel Energy
Event Description

Join for an informative half-day event dedicated to helping industrial and commercial customers “dial it in” by improving the energy efficiency and productivity of their facility. The featured topic includes a two-part workshop on building tuning processes and strategies that will highlight existing building commissioning, ventilation, heat recovery, and control strategies. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to network with colleagues, earn continuing education credits, and learn immediate tactics to reduce energy costs in your building.

As a result of this training, you will be able to:

  • Explain the steps of existing building commissioning.
  • Identify low cost/no cost energy efficiency opportunities to reduce energy consumption and lower costs with the equipment you have.
  • Identify strategies for optimizing outside air ventilation to meet process, health, and safety needs as efficiently as possible.
  • Discuss how to apply heat recovery innovations to minimize wasted energy.
  • Define holistic solutions to building controls.

Who should attend?

The forum targets commercial and industrial customers (specifically industrial facilities and large commercial customers). Facility managers, facility operators, plant engineers, maintenance personnel, account managers and representatives, engineers, contractors and anyone involved with operating or managing equipment and systems to improve energy efficiency will also find the forum of value.
