Flexible Building Operation Plan
Event Description

COVID-19 may be forcing us to re-think our current Building Operation Plan as we prioritize occupant health. However, this doesn't mean that energy efficiency has to take a back seat - we can do both.

In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of flexibility as we move through a phased re-opening process. We will discuss how evaluation, execution, monitoring, and managing will be key to continued progress that also produces a desirable outcome for your finance and human resource departments.
