Join the Energy Cohort for a special session on Passive House for Affordable Housing Developers. This presentation will cover what’s different during design and construction, roles on the project team, conducting feasibility studies, and lessons learned from practice. Updated information on incentives and standards will be shared and Q&A will be included.

The Energy Cohort is a community of practice for affordable housing professionals interested in energy efficiency, renewable energy, resiliency, and resident health to network, learn, and share information. The Energy Cohort is co-hosted by Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations (MACDC), and New Ecology.
