Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.
Please make sure to be respectful of the organizations and companies, and other Rate It Green members that make up our community. We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.

Event Description
There is a vast difference in experience between a real estate agent/Realtor and one educated in sustainability, energy efficiency, and building science. Finding the right Realtor and understanding their value proposition makes a key difference in marketing, selling, and getting value for green features in an appraisal. Listing agents are the gatekeepers of information, so having as much data as possible is key to providing that value on the new Appraisal UAD 3.6 software. Key talking points with clients may start well before they sell their homes. It's important to know which features the public seeks and is willing to pay extra for in the buying process.

2) How to locate a realtor willing to go the extra mile for your unique home.
3) Which green features will gain the most value on an appraisal.
4) Home Seller expectations.
