Green Building Webinar
Event Description

Green buildings are proven repeatedly to offer a greater return on investment, healthier, more productive occupants, and a greatly reduced impact on the environment. So why can it be so hard to broach that conversation with clients?

Join USGBC Communities to discuss the business case for LEED. Panelists will discuss the dollars and “sense,” return on investment, and ESG/CSR all while talking through ways to start that conversation with your clients and to follow through on the results.  This conversation is focused on LEED, but as the title suggests many of the concepts of course apply to green building more widely as well.

Objectives

• Learn real world statistics of how LEED buildings perform to impact the triple bottom line

• Be able to discuss the ways LEED buildings can ultimately save money

• Understand the different tools clients and companies can use for ESG/CSR reporting
