Introduction to Arc (1 hour, 1 CE)


Description: provides a high-level introduction to Arc as a global platform to analyze and score the operational performance of spaces and buildings.

This session will answer the following questions:

  • What is Arc?
  • How does Arc work?
  • Why does Arc score?
  • What is Arc for All?
  • What is a Performance Certificate?
  • How does Arc power LEED?
  • What can you do today?
  • How can you learn more?

Arc Application: Human Experience (1 hour, 1 CE)

Description: This workshop will provide targeted training on a specific topic or issue. This session will focus on Human Experience.

This session will answer the following questions:

  • What is Human Experience?
  • How does Arc measure occupant satisfaction?
  • How does Arc measure indoor air quality?
  • How can projects earn a Performance Certificate for Human Experience?
  • How does Arc work with partners to automate data collection?
  • What can advanced indoor sensors tell managers about indoor conditions?
  • How can Arc users use the new Arbnco sensor kit?
  • How can you learn more?
