MassDEP Greenhouse Gas Stakeholders:

The DEP will hold a public comment period on the Statewide Greenhouse Gas Emissions Level: 1990 Baseline and 2020 Business As Usual (BAU) Projection Update.

"The Department recognizes that the science and practice of determining GHG emissions is changing rapidly and that Massachusetts...should avail itself of advancements in the science to the extent possible. Therefore, MassDEP will reevaluate the 1990 Baseline as needed."

Written comments will be accepted until 5 PM on 12/23, 2015. Comments must be submitted by e-mail to climate.strategies@state.ma.us, or by mail to Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Air and Waste, One Winter Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02108, Attn: Sue Ann Richardson.

Questions: Contact Sue Ann Richardson (sue.ann.richardson@state.ma.us or 617-348-4098).
