This full, three-day summit also has sessions specifically designed for CDC association professionals engaged in policy, fundraising, member management, and communications. NACEDA Summit 2016 will feature a special one-day symposium on Community Development & the Social Determinants of Health.

NACEDA has partnered with the Ohio CDC Association and Cleveland Neighborhood Progress to showcase leading-edge initiatives that improve lives and build prosperity in low- and moderate-income communities.

The full, three-day summit costs $300. Registration for the one-day health symposium costs $100. Book by August 7th for reduced hotel rates.
