Build It Green is hosting Designing and Modeling New Net Zero Homes on Urban Sites presented by Architect Alison Kendall and GreenPoint Rater Mila Sergeeva, of Kendall Architecture. In this presentation, they will discuss an innovative Net Zero Energy project designed in Revit and refined with energy modeling software.  Mila will also share insight into how she uses leading building performance software to analyze climate, building features, energy use and life cycle costs and the costs and benefits of modeling to inform the design of Net Zero Homes.
