Event Description

Join us for a look at sustainability in multifamily housing from multiple perspectives. We’ll learn from developers growing their sustainability portfolio, those just beginning to explore sustainable design and building performance in multifamily, and from affordable housing experts who are going above and beyond the standard to ensure we have resilient and healthy housing stock. We’ll explore case studies and LEED opportunities, from energy efficiency, indoor air quality, location and transportation to ongoing performance monitoring and resident education. Join us for this discussion.

  • Be able to discuss the ways developers are educating residents to benefit from the sustainable design and utilize ongoing performance management as needed for LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance.
