It is simple enough to build smaller homes, tiny if desired. It is simple enough to add energy efficiency to the structure. But the long term sustainability of a community, tiny home or urban pockets, or remote villages require many other features like access to food, food perservation, access to manufacturing materials, food, jobs, training, opportunity for people with existing skills, lowering cost of living for community participants.

What are your ideas? Looking forward to hearing.

This is a ted talk I found compelling.
