LEED v4 is Mandatory - Now What?
November 10, 12:30-5:30 pm

Green Building Alliance
33 Terminal Way, Suite 331
Pittsburgh, 15219 United States

Join Green Building Alliance, evolveEA, and CAVCON Construction for an in-depth look at the newest version of LEED ,

LEED v4 – USGBC’s newest version of the LEED rating system – becomes mandatory on October 31, 2016. Building owners, project teams, and manufacturers have had time to become familiar with the revised credits and changing requirements of this newest version, but now the time has come to officially pursue it. Green building is the fastest moving aspect of the construction industry and LEED v4 is helping to set the pace, continuing LEED’s tradition of pushing and challenging the market. evolveEA’s Marc Mondor – a local and national LEED expert – will guide us through a workshop that covers new developments regarding energy, materials, indoor quality and efficiency with an eye towards how you can apply these strategies on your own projects.

Join GBA for an afternoon of insights from Marc on how to best approach your next LEED project. Then, enjoy some food and drinks on CAVCON, our generous event sponsor, while networking with colleagues.
