A three-day intensive training programme is being organized by GRIHA Council on 29th to 31st May, 2019 in Bangalore to give a detailed understanding of the GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) rating system, to various stakeholders.

The aim of the training programme is to enable participants understand the intent of the national green building rating system. Compliance and appraisals under various parameters such as sustainable site planning, water, energy efficiency, sustainable building materials and so on will be explained in detail. Each session will be carried out with the presentation of the respective criterion followed by either group exercise or individual exercises for better understanding of the rating system. Reference material and presentations will be made available to each participant.

Architects, engineers, policy makers, developers and other relevant stake holders are invited to participate in this training programme.
