Join this event for fast-paced presentations, panels and project showcases from innovative leaders working to provide sustainable housing solutions.

Day one will have a heavy focus on the interconnectivity between sustainable building strategies and affordable housing. Topics will vary from permanent supportive housing for the homeless to a multidisciplinary approach to addressing “missing middle housing”, to the challenges and opportunities that exist within the HOA and condo sector, an often-overlooked sector in the discourse of green building professionals.

Day two will feature technical sessions that will address beneficial electrification and the use of the EPIC (Energy Improvement Performance Calculator) tool, LEED projects through the ESG lens, and a session on myths and tips from experts at USGBC and GBCI, Inc.
