Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) Ductwork Evaluation, Repair, and Replacement Survey for HVAC Contractors - Your Participation is Needed
Have you evaluated, repaired, and replaced ductwork in existing single family homes over the past 2 years? Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) is conducting a research survey (https://ucf.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3g6ZK9AvUSvQstg) to help educators and energy efficiency incentive programs identify the practical skills, tools, and equipment needed to effectively evaluate, repair, and replace ductwork in existing homes.
You can help inform SEEA's understanding of:
- Measurement tools and methods typically used for assessing and repairing/replacing duct systems.
- Technical and market barriers to improving HVAC system replacement outcomes.
- Practicality, usability, and cost/benefit of duct repair techniques applied in the field.
The survey is anonymous unless you choose to share your contact information for additional communications and availability.
If you work in HVAC installation, service, energy rating, project management, or weatherization, your input is impactful. Please also feel welcome to share this survey with peer HVAC providers!
