Here is the Green Apple-- Apple is Now Globally Powered by 100 Percent Renewable Energy

On April 9, 2018, Apple announced its global facilities are powered by 100 percent clean energy, including offices, data centers, retail stores, and co-located facilities throughout 43 countries in the world such as the United Kingdom, China, and India. In addition, there are nine additional manufacturing suppliers that commit to 100 percent green energy. The company's last milestone was in 2016, 93 percent of its global operations supplied by clean energy. Now Apple achieves a total 23 suppliers commit to sustainable energy.

Currently, Apple has 25 renewable energy projects throughout the world with a total of 626 megawatts of generation capacity, 286 megawatts of solar PV generation. Apple also has 15 more projects incoming. Once the projects are launched, more than 1.4 gigawatts of renewable clean energy will be operated across 11 countries.
