Winthrop Center Tower: Green Building Tour
Event Description

The Winthrop Center Tower is making history in Boston as the largest Passive House office building in the world in addition to achieving LEED Platinum and WELL Core Gold certifications. Developed by Millennium Partners, the Winthrop Center Tower is a mixed-use project consisting of a ground-level Great Hall with retail and restaurant space open to the public, 21 floors of Class A office space, and 26 floors of luxury residential units. This tour will take participants to the active project site for a behind-the-scenes look at the sustainability and wellness features of the project.
