Event Description

Energy codes have changed a lot this year. This diverse panel of local building officials and energy experts will discuss the impacts of the new energy codes in Denver, Boulder, and statewide. Hear the stories of how the changes came about, find out about the new methods of compliance, and learn how codes will align with Colorado's goals of sustainability and resilience. Finally, some case studies of specific projects will be discussed to see how each would perform under the different code metrics, including a LEED baseline.
