Canada Green Building Conference, October 26-28, Virtual

  • 26 October 2021 To 28 October 2021
  • Event Host : Canada Green Building Council
energy, greenhouse gas emissions, Canada, 2030
Event Description

Building Lasting Change returns this October, with a new online program: for Canada to meet its new 2030 carbon targets, the building sector must be united in its commitment and actions. We have a significant role to play in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and helping Canada meet its international obligations under the Paris Accord.

To meet these goals, BLC 2021 will focus on meaningful action. This year’s theme is Moving Forward, Together, reflecting the need for the entire building sector to commit. Through innovative approaches and strategies we can make greener, healthier, zero-carbon buildings the norm. Canada will be transformed for the better -- with accessible and resilient buildings that contribute to the social and economic health of our communities.
