  • Learn about the most-valued and least-valued green building features requested by residential clients.

  • Be able to recognize the high-performance home features of a "Green" Multiple Listing Service listing.

  • Understand why consumers value green homes over conventional homes.

  • Determine the key pros and cons for building high-performance homes in Ohio.
