Event Description

This session walks attendees through the most recent updates made to LEED and credentialing, as well as introduce new, tested strategies and resources. Speakers discuss the direction of the building industry in energy and decarbonization, the supply chain and sustainability at the city/community scale and related impacts on equity. They define the broad range of equity issues that can affect and be affected by our projects, and why they are important. They also present examples of how organizations and projects can address specific equity issues, such as diversity and inclusion, accessibility and displacement.
