Sustainability at Denver International Airport & Tour of the Westin at DEN

When: March 16, 2:30 - 4:30pm

Where: Denver International Airport, City Conference Room, 8300 Peña Boulevard, Denver, CO

Join the Metro Branch and Emerging Professionals at the Westin to learn more about sustainability at Denver International Airport.

During this educational event, attendees will hear from DIA facilities on current initiatives at the airport and then a brief introduction of the Westin's LEED certification. Following the presentation, a tour of the Westin will be given by the those on the LEED project team and DIA employees.


2:15-2:30 p.m: Check in
2:30-3:15 p.m: Presentation on Denver International Airport Sustainability / Speaker: Amanda Sutton, Denver International Airport
3:15-3:30 p.m: Westin LEED scorecard presentation / Speakers: Renee Azerbegi, Ambient Energy; and Adam Ambro, Gensler
3:30-4:30 p.m: Tour of the Westin
