Thursday, September 16 at 12 p.m. ET, join BPA’s Vice President of Government Affairs, Policy, and Programs, Kara Saul Rinaldi, at this free webinar designed to explore the current state of Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation, Budget Reconciliation, and FY22 Appropriations – and the difference between these funding bills.

This high-level presentation will set the stage for what could be a once-in-a-generation federal investment in residential energy efficiency with an outlook offered on groundbreaking policies like the HOPE for HOMES legislation.

A leading energy and climate policy expert, Kara has directed national policy, communications, and grassroots campaigns spearheading education efforts with the Administration and Congress on tax, appropriations, and authorization issues for national and international NGOs and corporations.
