Residential Electrification is coming to newly constructed homes in California. Step by step communities and codes are promoting the transition from combustion fuels to electricity as the fuel of choice to reduce the impact homes have on climate change.

The material focuses on basic questions that designers, builders, homeowners and other trades persons may have on the transition possibilities. The identifies the Who, What, When Where, Why and How of this oncoming transition.

    • Gary Wollin is the CFO of the Wollin Group and is the lead trainer. Gary has been working with California builders, code officials, HERs program and HVAC contractors since he came to California in 2005 to work with Douglas Beaman Associates. After Doug passed away Gary continued the training aspect of his mentor and developed a weeklong training program, “MI-BEST’ a unique mobile training program that focuses on building science and provides hands-on training using the major brands of equipment in performing energy saving verification procedures.
