Light & Equity: A New Haven Walking Tour, April 7
Event Description

The evening stroll around downtown New Haven to see a wide range of outdoor lighting and become knowledgeable observers of lighting quality and equity.

Thoughtfully designed and regularly maintained lighting is a signifier of prosperity but underserved, under-resourced communities often endure poor lighting, which is detrimental to social and environmental wellbeing.

This event will be held at a central meeting place in New Haven where attendees will depart for the tour while also enjoying connection, community and a Q & A wrap-up before and after the tour.
