Greenbuild 2021, Resilience Summit
Event Description

The green building movement is scaling up from buildings to communities to cities. Environmental, social, and economic shocks and stressors have the biggest systemic impacts on the most vulnerable of communities and severe weather events are more frequent and intense due to climate change. Disruptions and stressors are becoming a common concern among city officials, building professionals, and residents alike.

We know that more sustainable spaces are the cornerstone to enhancing community resilience at scale and that elevating equity is the landmark strategy in building resilience within the lives of people, their communities, and infrastructure. This summit will convene attendees who are ready to meet community challenges, focus on resilient and equitable outcomes and become fully committed to driving a new way forward.

Thank you so much for sharing this incredible event. I hope that the green building movement could eventually expand all over the world. That way, we could all contribute to a more eco-friendly future.
