Low-carbon, energy-efficient construction will play a critical role in meeting increasingly stringent local and national building performance goals. These projects will require an understanding of new technologies, processes, and improved coordination across disciplines.

GPRO Construction Management provides practitioners with sustainability best practices and actionable strategies for every phase of construction, as well as how to avoid common mistakes.

      Oliver Holmes
      Freelance Energy Consultant and Adjunct Assistant Professor, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

      Oliver teaches courses on Building Systems and Environment, Sustainable Building Design, and Metrics for Sustainable Building Design Strategies. Oliver has over 40 years of experience in environmental and building engineering at a variety of scales, and has previously taught Urban Green Council’s GPRO O+M, BD+C, and Energy Code classes.
  • Logistics / Parking
    • Participants take a one-day classroom training (in person or virtually) and then finish GPRO CM by completing three online electives that are most relevant to their work. Taught by highly knowledgeable industry professionals, participants will leave the course with practical steps to direct and manage  successful, sustainable, and cost-effective projects.
