This webinar will discuss the role of the zero waste hierarchy and other waste reduction strategies in the journey to zero waste. The main event will be TRUE certification framework, which is the US Green Building Council and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) zero waste certification program. TRUE certification aims to support facilities and businesses in achieving their zero waste goals by providing a clear path to certification using a points-based rating system and educational tools such as the TRUE Advisor program.

We will share a business case study example of the journey to zero waste, including what challenges were overcome.
