Free webinar: Passive House, All-Electric, and Low-Energy Homes for Real Estate Professionals, October 24
Event Description

In this workshop course, Passive House Association will present on overview of high-performance homes, the Passive House certification standard, and net-zero and all-electric homes, including case-studies of projects and best practices for marketing and valuating high-performance.

With the roll-out of the updated Stretch Code and new Specialized Opt-In Code, new homes will soon be built to higher energy performance standards. These types of buildings are not that new, however, and Massachusetts has a long history of low-energy, net-zero, and Passive House projects, and from lower energy costs to higher levels of indoor air quality there are many benefits they offer. This course is designed to bring you up-to-speed on what sets these types of homes apart and how best to market them.
