Event Description

Advancing recycling and waste reduction in North and South Carolina since 1989.

What is the Carolina Recycling Association (CRA)?

The CRA is a nonprofit organization established and maintained by a community of people – multi-national corporations, small businesses, local government, state government agencies, and individuals across the Carolinas who are committed to waste reduction and recycling efforts. With over 300 member organizations (over 800 individuals), the CRA is ever growing and changing to benefit our members and the recycling industry.

The annual CRC Workshop and Tour will take place on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. They will highlight some of the valuable relationships and key collaborations that ensure continued progress toward effective materials management and campus sustainability.

Participants will enjoy a variety of presentations, networking breakfast and lunch sessions, followed by a campus tour. Pre-registration is required and includes breakfast, and lunch. If you are registering for this event, you will not be able to attend any other tours or workshops on this day.
